Florasynth has developed a wide variety of flavouring products designed for use in the food industry. Each product has its own specification, according to the application it is used for. Florasynth has paid great attention to the practical and aesthetic side of the manufacture of its products. The flavours manufactured by Florasynth are suitable for sugar confectionery, pharmaceutical

  products and compressed tablets, sauces, carbonated and non-carbonated beverages, ice cream and frozen confectionery, condiments, milk products, jams, animal foods, tinned goods, chewing gum, dietetic foods, snacks, etc.

The following is a short outline of some product groups and their applications:

1. Liquid Flavours: Liquid flavours are used for many application, either in alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, carbonated or non-carbonated beverages, sugar and flour confectionery products, pharma-ceutical products, ice cream,ets.



  3. Flavour Enhacers: Our company supplies enhancers, which are mainly used to emphasize and enhance the natural products.

4. Colours: Natural and artificial food colors are available in both powder and liquid form.

5. Emulsions: Our company produces flavour emulsions while combining flavour with cloud and colour, mainly used for thepreparation of cloudy soft drinks and ice lollies.

6. Bromine-Free Cloudifying agents: Florasynth produces Cloudy Forte and Cloudinol NBO which are cloudifying agents, free of brominated vegetable oill. When added to sugar syrup flavoured with a water soluble essence, cloudy Forte gives a very nuce stable cloud, characteristic of natural juices. The suggested dosage is 0.2-0.3 grams cloudy Forte per litre finished beverage of a 9-11% suger content. The dosage can be reduced when natural juice is added to the flavoured syrup. cloudinol NBO which is natural cloudy agent requires a higher dosage.
